Pinnacle Nature Reserve
As part of the Canberra & Region Heritage Festival, local Ngunawal elder Wally Bell will take us on a walk through the Pinnacle to see the landscape through the eyes of Australia’s first people. Wally will point out and explain the traces of his people’s ancient history in the region, and tell us how they used the area’s natural resources. All ages welcome.
* This event was supported with funding made available by the ACT Government under the ACT Heritage Grants Program.
Meet at the Dungowan St. entrance to the Reserve.
Wear clothing suitable for the weather, sturdy footwear and a hat. Bring water and a camera and binoculars if you wish.
Numbers are limited and bookings are essential. Please register with John Brannan.
